Meeting Rules — Non-negotiable
- 1. Show up. Late = ₹500 to team chai fund. Missed without 24h notice = ₹2,000.
- 2. Async if possible. If a meeting can be a thread, make it one.
- 3. Pre-read. Each meeting has a doc owner. Posted 24h before.
- 4. Decisions get logged. Captured in workbook (Tasks, RACI, Dashboard).
- 5. One conversation at a time. Phones face-down.
- 6. End on time. Hard stop. Bad agendas are fixed next time, not extended.
